Drinkable pumpkin pie from the Hungry Girl website:
Live & Let Pie

We've got a gift for you... a BOOK EXCLUSIVE! This blendy recipe, ripped from the pages of Hungry Girl 1-2-3, is completely guilt-free -- so you can enjoy a sweet, seasonal indulgence any time of day. YUM!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin (Libby's is best!)
1/4 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
1 tbsp. sugar-free calorie-free vanilla syrup (like the kind by Torani)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or more to taste
2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1 cup crushed ice or 5 - 8 ice cubes
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
1/2 sheet (2 crackers) low-fat honey graham crackers, crushed

Directions:
Place all ingredients except Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers in a blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed.

Pour into a glass. If you like, stir in additional pumpkin pie spice. Top it off with Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers. Mmmm!

HG Tip! Can’t find syrup at the store (or don't feel like purchasing an entire bottle)? Just stop by your favorite coffee shop and order a shot of sugar-free vanilla syrup to go.

Shake Shock!

The year is almost over, but those pesky seasonal sweets are still lurking around every corner. It's kinda scary out there -- a mega-normous cranberry muffin here, a hyper-caloric minty hot cocoa there, and pumpkin milkshakes EVERYWHERE! From diners to fast-food joints, it's hard to avoid the orange-hued blended drinks. And after seeing them every which where, it's tempting to break down and just buy a pumpkin shake. DON'T! On average, it'll pack more than 600 calories and nearly 30 grams of fat -- WAY too much for a beverage. However, you should treat yourself to something frozen, sippable, and pumpkin-licious... Our smoothie! This one's done right -- creamy vanilla soymilk, seasonal spices, and honest-to-goodness real pumpkin. You will not miss the too-heavy versions at all. Plus, you'll have room for other tasty holiday eats. Hooray!

I saw this on the HG site and thought I'd try it.  But I'd need to leave off the graham cracker crumbles on top.  Once a box of graham crackers crosses my threshold, it's a goner inside a few hours, LOL.  Been there, done that - since surgery.

Sonic makes one of these, I tried two sips and tossed the rest, it was good but of course ice cream is the devil so the two sips were the upper limit of near death experiences.  I won't drink protein shakes I see too many regain that do.
