so...I have a pocket of gas I'm assuming in my pouch and it's making it difficult to stay hydrated. have walked, taken gas-x, hubby rubbing me ... nothing.
If it goes on for more than another day or two you need to see your doctor it could be more than gas, mine was. It turned out that I had developed muliple blood clots in both of my lungs. If you're drinking a lot of milk/whey products you may have become lactose intolerant.
