Gas pain woes after surgery on 5-9-12

Help I had my surgery on May 9,2012 and the gas pains are killing me. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might help

Walk, walk, and walk some more.

Try rocking in a rocking chair. If you don't have a rocking chair, just sit on any chair and rock back and forth.

Try Gas-X. Try a heating pad on your tummy.
