Hey Chick,

There used to be a recipe forum, I'm not sure how to find it now...I have a couple of good cookbooks I got early out from surgery - Eating Well after Bariatric Surgery & LowCarb Slow cooker recipes...I also like the 5 ingredients or less recipes...There is alot out there on the internet and most any main meal recipe can be modified to be more fat and carb friendly...

Good Luck

I have a great noodle-less lasagna recipe that's really yummy and full of protein and veggies. Here it is:

On this site, under the "Forums" in the strip at the top, there is a "More" category, and under that is a "recipes" site.  It has some good stuff.  Also, Google "bariatricfoodie.com" -- she has EXCELLENT recipes.
