Slim Fast Post Op?

I spoke to the staff at my docs office and they told me that I can mix a scoop of Pure Protein into a pre made slim fast shake.  Has anyone used slim fast regularly after post-op?  Were you able to digest it with no problems?

I was told that slim fast has too much sugar. My limit is 3g sugar, 3 g fat per serving of anything.

Get a proper protein powder. Slimfast is too many sugar and carbs for the small number of protein. I wouldn't even consider a protein powder that has less than 20 grams of protein and under 5 carbs.
