Chest cold

I had RNY 8 wks ago.
I am succeptable to bronchitis, Right now I have a chest cold. Not sure what I can take for it OTC. :(
Going to the store to check things out. I can't call out of work since I just got back to work and don't have any time left to take off..
Ugh, didn't think of this when I talked to my surgeon last time and hate calling them on a Sunday and tomorrow is a holiday.

Any advice from those out there that had RNY and know what we are allowed to have?? 
I would really appreciate it.

Check the Tylenol cold medicines.....talk with the pharmacist for a recommendation.  Tell them you cannot have any NSAID preparations.
