DH was diagnosed with Hashimoto's back in December. He has been working hard on diet and exercise, and tonight he announced he is officially in the "overweight" range after losing 21 lbs. he is aiming for 50. I am so proud of him working so hard. I figured if there was a group out there who could celebrate this transition it is y'all. Thanks for listening!
