surgery wednesday...getting nervous!

I am starting to get worried!! i have surgery Wednesday.... holy **** its real!!!

I have surgery tomorrow and I'm with you on the nervous part.  Logically I know everything should be fine, but I keep telling myself apprehension about the unknown is normal.

Apprehension is completely normal.  You can do this.  We can't wait to hear from you post op!

What you are going through is totally normal.  If you weren't even the tiniest bit nervous that would probably mean you don't understand that you are about to have major, life-changing surgery.  Do whatever you can to relax and soak in these last hours before you check in--take a nice long bath, call a good friend, take some before pictures.  In a week from now you'll be on the mend and on to the healthy new life you have waiting.
