Thanks so much! My exercise is probably a bit different from everyone else. Aside from chasing my 11 1/2 month old son everywhere, I have two horses that I compete on and ride them both 5-6 times a week. I try to walk on days that I don't ride but that is really all that I do. I feel like I need to do some weight training but don't know where I can fit it in! LOL!
My meals are pretty much as follows:
B - Chocolate Nectar Protein scoop in my coffee
S - Egg white w/turkey sausage & 2% cheese
L - Usually a protein of some sort or a salad
S - Yoplait 100 calorie Greek yogurt
D - A protein and veggie
I dont' eat much at all. I know I only eat about 1-2 oz of protein per meal and 2 oz would be tops. I worry sometimes that I am not eating enough and getting in enough protein. I try really hard to get all of my water in and most days I am good with it. The weekends are when I struggle. I am usually busy at events and I may only eat in the morning and at night but I drink A LOT on the weekend.
