must it be water? does decaf tea and decaf coffee and broth or cream soups count too?

Other beverages can count towards your 60-100 but if you get in the habit of drinking this much water now it will help you lose weight and stay on track long term.  Post this on your surgery type forum also, to get feedback from fellow members...

I count any liquid.  There is no reason it must be only water.
