It has been a few months since i have been on the site. I went to see my WLS doctor last week and i have gained 25lbs from my lowest weight.  My lowest weight loss was 200lbs, I started this journey weighing 430lbs, I now weigh 255lbs. The doctor was still so happy with my numbers 175lbs lost but i don’t feel the same. I feel like if I don'****ch what I am doing i can end up exactly where I started almost 3 years ago. I have taken a break from working out since late October at which time I walked the 3 day  60 mile Susan G Komen walk for the Cure. This was the second year in a row for me and it was yet again a incredible experience. I know that some of the weight is muscle maybe 5 pounds of it lol…. the rest is simply me eating things I should not be and the lack of exercise. I know what I need to do but i needed to vent and be honest with myself and all of you that have been so supportive.

Good Post...You have done a great job, but if YOU are not happy with where you are at, you know the steps: Hydrate; Vitamins; Mindful Eating; and Exercise, It works if you work it!!! Good Luck

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac
