Is anyone else incredibly frustrated with this episode on TLC?

Only heard about it, but it sounds incredibly sad and frustrating. 

Oh yes. So many things wrong in that episode.

The excuses and her attitude sucked so terribly. I was just irritated by the whole thing.

Omg.... I watched this last night and couldn't believe my eyes or ears.  Why go through such a thing and NOT TRY and change yourself. So Sad for her. 

I actually just finished watching it, and was also angry.  First, she needed serious psych help both before and after.  Second WHY THE SURGEON GAVE HER A SLEEVE! He knew she would have problems.  Third, her husband, letting her continue eating that way.  I know he did it out of love, but that extent is.insane!
