Site Help

I have been looking around trying to see where to go to create a signature and add my surgery date and type of surgery etc. but I cannot find it.  I'm computer literate and have looked in settings, edit profile etc.  I'm at a loss.

To create a signature click your user name in the upper right hand corner, settings, message board.

To add your surgeon, surgery date and type to go MY OH, Medial History, click add surgery and fill in the data.
