Fitbit Premium, worth it?

I'm a devoted FitBit user and use their log (obsessively) to track my food and water intake. I'm just a week-out from my RNY and thinking about returning to daily life where I'm guessing it might be harder to keep track of meds, vitamins, etc.  I'm wondering if Premium is worth it so I add a bunch of custom trackers to track my vitamins, etc.

Anyone tried it?

I received a Fitbit Force for Christmas and the Premium.  The Fitbit Force has been recalled but I didn't think it was worth it for the four months.
