Any experience with CareFirst BlueChoice for FCPS (Virginia)?

I've just scheduled a consult at VHC and am wondering if anyone in Virginia has experience with the approval/preapproval process or requirements for this insurance plan. It's the CareFirst BlueChoice Advantage Open Access, and we work for Fairfax County here in Virginia. Thanks!

Woo! I had my surgery at VHC with Dr. Salameh and his partner whose name escapes me. :D It was a GREAT hospital experience!

Every plan has the guidelines set by your employer. So you would be better off calling your insurance and getting what you need for approval.
