I am almost two weeks out.  I have felt great until today.  Today my left side muscles are so sore?!!!!  Did I do too much?  Anyone ever experience this?

You just had major surgery!  It's not unsurprising that you're sore!  :D  I know that I slept funny for weeks after surgery so I'd get aches and pains in all sorts of places due to that.  I also started moving a lot more than I had been, and that also caused various aches and pains.

If it continues, call your doc of course.  In the meantime, you might want to work on some simple side stretches to help those muscles out.

I was told that most of the surgical tools are manipulated mainly on the left side because that is where your stomach is. My muscles and ribs were sore on the left side up until 5 weeks post op. I had a gastric bypass.
