Question for LowCarb after WLS

For those following a low carb high fat plan do you also watch your calories? I know the plans that I had seen before tell you not to but wondered about those who went through wls.

Just curious.

I eat low carbs, moderately high proteins, and moderate fat.  To many fats, and wrong for me fats give me runs.  And nausea. So as long as I control carbs that controls total calories for me.

I haven't been counting calories. I make sure I get my protein in, don't worry about fat, and keep my carbs low - this has been working for me!

I keep an eye on them, mostly because I don't want to have to deal with my nutritionist hassling me... (They already hassle me enough about eating fat.)
