Considering a revision, original RNY was done in 04. Was wondering if BC/BS would cover???
Call them up and ask them --- there should be a phone number or website on the back of your card.
That is going to be more reliable than any response here, given changes between states and policies.

I am 2 months out from a RNY Revision. My original was done in 06. Fed BC/BS covered all of it with the exception of the out of network phyc eval. Regular copays only.
I just had a great doctor who did a good job in presenting the issues.
