Good Morning All

Yesterday I had my 4 month check up with my Surgeon Dr Zare.  All my labs came back really good.  Iron & vitamin levels are all great, also protein levels are good.  Blood Sugar is down & Cholesterol is down and blood pressure is down and ... I no longer have a fatty liver!  Yay oh and I have lost about 64 lb too

That's wonderful.  Having labs come back with values in the normal range are great.  Make sure to keep taking your vitamin supplements to keep them that way.

Congrats on your 64 pound weight loss too.  Way to go.

Make sure you get a copy of all labs - you will need to keep an eye on your trends as each lab test is just a snapshot in time and it pays you to take an active interest in each number so you can be proactive in amending your supplements as your trends require.
