Still losing but getting harder to shed pounds

I'm officially 139 pounds down but the slow down is real lol. It doesnt help i havent been to the gym in two months. I just got a car the other day so i plan to force myself to go to the gym. My new nickname around my family is the shrinking man lol.

Keep in mind weight loss is 90% what you put in. Congrats on your great loss so far!

The gym is good for a lot of stuff, but it won't do much for weight loss. The best thing you can do is weigh your portions and control how much you eat.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
