I love paninis. They're usually between 7 and 10 bucks. Get extra cheese.

Even within one city, the dost can vary widely from one surgeon to another.  Call a couple of plastic surgeon's offices and ask.  It will cost less overall if you have a surgeon who uses a surgical center rather than a full service hospital, BTW. The surgeon's fee might be higher than a surgeon who uses a regular hospital, but that cost may be more than offset by the reduced facility, anesthesia, etc. costs.
