Started my pre-op diet today. Surgery in two weeks.

Highest weight 208 in 2008 ** VSG 11/27/15 weight 193 ** Current weight 128 ** Goal weight range 100 -110 ** Height - 4'11" ** Age - 49

Wishing you the best of luck and post op success! From your past posts I know you have struggled...it will be so worth it. Great way to bring in the new year. I was going through all the preop eating and planning during the holidays last year. As the season arrives this year, my foodplan will essentially remain in place.
