First NSV?
Last summer (at my highest weight range) I was having a lot of trouble with my feet and ankles swelling. I was too embarrassed all summer to wear sandals because of it. I was mortified by how swelled my feet were - even by 10am they were awful. Wellllll.......this past weekend it was nice weather here so we did some yard work and a lot of errands and being on my feet. I noticed Sunday evening I had NO swelling at all. I have also been back to work for a couple days now and still, NO swelling! Yay! I have my pretty feet back!

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
Fabulous!! I also love my feet now that I have lost weight.
