I just had my first Premeir Protein shake - the vanilla one - and it was really good! I'm really full, though. These are going to be a good breakfast whenever I go back to work next week.

I have to drink them slowly as drinking one all at once makes me feel very bloated. You could also just drink half of one for a snack and actually eat breakfast (egg, cheese, meat).

I love the Premier Protein shakes... even though my doctor wants me on pure Whey Protein Isolate, and these are a mixture... I've read that we can't really count them as a full 30g of protein because of that. But I gave up on the other shakes he recommended (Bariatric Advantage and Chike) because I wasn't drinking them.

Now I just add some Isopure unflavored protein to my flavored water and get extra protein that way.

I like the pre-made shakes. It makes life easier. I like the chocolate ones. I am almost three years out and I try to get protein mostly from food.

I will keep them on hand when I don't feel like eating when it is really hot out.
