10 months out

I am 10 months out and have lost 89 lbs. I am so happy feeling great more energy, off of almost all meds. I find I am testing the waters with foods I know I should avoid. I find in the evening after dinner is the hardest time. I want to graze, mostly on carbs, pretzels, Wasa, ect. I weight 139 - 140. I would like to lose another 10lbs before the honeymoon period is over. I know I have to log and weight all food. Any ideas on how to deal with the head hunger.

thanks in advance

blessings to all

I had to find hobbies I liked because when bored,or happy or sad or basically any emotion--I want to eat. I knit, crochet, read,do word searches, write in my journal,do adult coloring or scrapbookingredients to name a few things. Anything you like that keeps your hands and mind busy is great!

I know you didn't say you're a binge eater, neither am I, but I came across this web site with the link and thought it would be kind of neat to have on hand.  Some of the other suggestions from the other posters are also excellent.

Have you considered not buying the stuff that is hard to resist? It's easier not to eat the bad stuff if it's no so available.  I would be very unlike to go to the store after dinner for pretzels or anything else.
