How many stalls have you had?
By my definition of a week without loss, I had one "stall" between surgery and when I started ramping up the calories to ease into maintenance. It was about four months out - I didn't even have the dreaded third week stall, though as expected the loss rate slowed at that point. It's possibly a benefit of not having done the popular carb counting thing.

If you think a week is a stall them I have a stall every other week. It's how I lose. Big loss, stall, big loss stall. But I'm having my 2nd "true" stall right now. My first one was 22 days lond just a week post-op and right now I'm about 19 days into another stall at almost 6 months out. It's frustrating no doubt but I know it won't last forever.

I only weighed once a month during the weight loss period so I wouldn't freak out about stalls. I didn't switch to daily weighing until maintenance.

No idea. I've always known what the reason is that I'm not losing weight or that I'm gaining weight. I'm not sure what the specific definition of a stall is.
