Endoscopy and Colonoscopy

I am having medical issues and so I have been scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time in July. I have no idea what to expect. I know the surgeon will put me under but are there any after effects of either procedure? For some reason, I am especially nervous.

there are few side effects after. Some ppl have a slight sore throat bu I never did. The only restriction is you can't drive for 24 hours afterwards.

The only issue for me post wls is the pre colonoscopy cleansing. It doesn't work well for me which was not a problem pre wls.

I find the prep super easy - not sure if it's RNY or just me?

Make sure you remind those actually doing the endoscopy that you had WLS. It's not a big deal, but a couple of reminders helps. Otherwise, you might get a little sore throat after. The colonoscopy is a bit of a pain in the ass, but no big deal.
