Sad !!!

I have gained 15 pounds after 2 years of having the sleeve and I am getting depressed !!!!!

I know the feeling, I just recently lost 20lbs doing the Extreme Fat Smash.  It worked great for me

I am 3 years out today gastric sleeve.

My lowest was 159. I am okay with 165- 170. at 5'4 5'5

I weighted in at 171 2day.

So yes there is bounce back weight !!

.......And the good news is..........that you've caught yourself, and it's just 15 lbs.  Now what?.........Make it only 14 next week...........make an effort to cut another lb off the next week.  Small steps turned into great outcomes.  You can do this!  You know the drill....

Back to basics.......eating lean....protein....water...exercise!
