Update- 1 Month Post-VSG

Hi All!!!

I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that I am doing well. October 17th was my one month surgiversary and I couldn't be better!
I haven't had any food intolerances, and all my incisions healed up nicely... I just need to get some Vitamin E to help them fade away. Most days I have tons more energy, but I still have the odd day where I am completely drained.
I have been pretty good with the protein and liquids however I am nowhere near perfect! 

Yesterday I weighed in at 433lb. I started this journey at 474 which means I am down 41 lbs!!!
I also was able to button myself into a 28w and prior to surgery I was wearing a 32w and it was quite snug.

I look forward to what I can accomplish with this tool!!

Keep working on getting in all you protein, supplements and water and the weight will continue to melt away!
