169 Days Post VSG...

I am 7 pounds away from losing 100lbs. I realize I could be under 100 if I had my eating habits under wraps, but it's a learning curve. I'm happy with the 93 I've lost in 5 months.
I was married in the Dominican Republic 02-20-12 and I am soo glad I decided to get the VSG when I did. I'm going to try and add a before and current picture if they aren't too big.

I want to thank everyone here for their support this far...

Don't beat yourself up for not being on some arbitrary time line, your body will drop the weight- you'll get there.
