A very short 6 months ago I would have never believed this was possible...
I was depressed and couldn`t motivate myself to think positive about very much... This forum is amazing and I love all the positive people here!!! Thanks to your support I`ve been able to lose that first 100 pounds and more! I still have a LONG way to go, but I`m that much closer to my surgeons ultimate goal of 190 pounds.

Times flies right in by and each time you reevaluate where you have come from and to where you are headed... It can be overwhelmingly shocking and in the same time filled with such emotions. It hard to beleive how things change and how for me at least I really did adapt my self and ways to live... It seems like not to much different until I see how it is now to do things and be .... So much easier and effortlessly compared to back then. I know as I go further in my journey it will even look different still.
