I start with a 2!!!! Wow, I haven't started with a 2 since I was about 10 or 11 (am 26 now.) It feels so amazing, like a dream. This was my first and only goal so far-to just start with a 2. I am so happy! I started out at 462 10 months ago, and today the scale read this!!!!

Brittney what a momentous, amazing way to roll into 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me, so far, on this journey, getting into the "2's" was by the far the most emotional. I am so happy for you. What a wonderful journey.

Sharon

Congratulations!!! I can only imagine how amazing that must feel. Keep up the great work! Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for what has worked well for you? I'm 6 weeks post op and feeling discouraged with my slow weight loss. -Kim

thanks everyone! My advice is to listen to your body. if your plan says you can move on to solids, but it doesnt feel right-listen and keep with the current stage and move on when your body feels ready. try to walk at least 10 minutes everyday, no matter what. I started off small so I didn't feel overwhelmed-just did minutes of walking a day. Protein first, always and I truly love quest protein bars. They have very few net carbs and is low in sugar and calories, but taste like a treat so they help with my sugar cravings. If you ever feel doubtful, or feel like you are losing hope-just stay with your plan and push on. Everyone falls, everyone wavers in faith at some point, but continue the course and eventually everything will be ok, you will reach goal. you will be ok.
