Century Club in less tha 3 Months! And some WOWs!
Today it is official, I have joined the Centery Club!
I have lost exactly 100 pounds in the last 77 days!
Only 100 more to go till goal!
The DS is amazing! I feel great and have more energy than I've had in years!
Just in the last week, people have started telling me how much younger I look. I'm only 34, but I must have looked 45.
Some WOWs:
The pocket on my dress shirts that used to be on my chest is now down at my stomach!
I no longer have to adjust the seat and steering wheel when I drive my wife's car!
I have been playing soccer with my daughter and her friends and have been RUNNING around!
I have a spring in my step that I haven't felt since I was a teenager!
While most things on my body are shrinking, there is one thing that seems to have grown quite a bit, and my wife couldn't be happier ;)
