Dumping?!
What do you mean by dumping? What are your symptoms? Do you have a stoma instead of your valve? As a RNYer whose had trouble with dumping, I can help I think, but I'll need more info.
I haven't had the DS, obviously, but my potential DS surgeon said that DSers dump too, just in the form of bowel issues rather than the type of dumping RNY causes.

DS'ers don't tend to dump much??? Though it is possible.
Are you referring to potty issues? You mentioned "gross" which makes me think you are thinking dumping is pooping?
