BEST WORKOUT!! for getting rid of the stomach pooch!... ladies you know what I'm talking...
So I HATE HATE HAAATE my tummy pooch in my lower tummy or whatever you call it, Kangeroo pouch, tummy flap, crotch cover.. I hate it... My personal trainer (WHO IS AMAZING!!!!) gave me this workout to try for that area and I am in LOVE
- lay on your back
- put a bosu ball between your ankles
- legs straight lift the ball up and grab it with your hands
- put your legs back down and your arms behind you holding the ball
- lift your arms and legs up and put the ball back between your legs and lower
I did 3 sets of these 12 per set and my tummy was on FIRE!
