BEST WORKOUT!! for getting rid of the stomach pooch!... ladies you know what I'm talking...

So I HATE HATE HAAATE my tummy pooch in my lower tummy or whatever you call it, Kangeroo pouch, tummy flap, crotch cover.. I hate it... My personal trainer (WHO IS AMAZING!!!!) gave me this workout to try for that area and I am in LOVE

- lay on your back
- put a bosu ball between your ankles
- legs straight lift the ball up and grab it with your hands
- put your legs back down and your arms behind you holding the ball
- lift your arms and legs up and put the ball back between your legs and lower

I did 3 sets of these 12 per set and my tummy was on FIRE!

I hate this one!  It is amazingly hard!  Usually feel it for three days afterwards!

you can totally change it up if it's hard... and skip the ball and just raise your legs a few inches off the ground at the same time.  If thats a little hard I do the scissor kick.  I also put my hands under my butt for support so I don't hurt my back.

Thanks for sharing this! I don't go to a training so I'm all ears about different exercises they would recommend. I watch the biggest loser for this purpose alone
