2 cans of salmon (bone @skin removed).
4-6 hard-boiled eggs (to taste, I like a lot) chopped.
Mayo or Miracle Whip (star w/ 2 tbsp & add to your taste and consistency).
Sweet pickle relish (or sweet salad cubes, your preference) again to your taste.
Mix all together. Keeps @ 4days in my fridge so I make as my lunch for week & change up based on what I have with it. Or just by itself.
Basically, you can make your favorite tuna salad recipe with salmon instead.
Chicken Soup
Chicken (whatever kind you want. I use thighs)
1 jar of salsa (If you like mild sauce use medium. If you like medium use hot)
32 ounces chicken stock or broth
Put it all in the crock pot on low and come 6-8 hours later.
Chicken Salsa (This comes from the wonderful Jillie)
Chicken (whatever kind you like)
1 jar of salsa (Use hotter than you like. Just enough to cover the chicken but not drown it)
1 or 2 bricks of cream cheese (depending on your taste)
Put it all in the crock pot on low and come back 6-8 hours later.
Chicken with stuffing (Not DS friendly)
Chicken
2 boxes of Stove Top Chicken flavor stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix the stuffing and soup together and place in the bottom of the crock pot (use a liner or spray heavily with cooking spray). Put the chicken on top. Turn the crock pot on low and come back 6-8 hours later.
Beef Roast
Beef roast (Pick your favorite cut)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
Put the roast in the crock pot. Cover with the soup mix and the soup. Turn on low and come back in 6-8hours.
I love my crock pot!!!!
