B12 tablet vs B12 Sublingual

So I just bought 300 B12 tablets (1000mcg) yesterday, and read today in another post that sublingual is better for us.

What's the reasoning?  Are the regular tablets 'ok just not as good' as the sublingual so I can finish those up, or do I need to just give them to someone and get the sublingual?

Are there any other sublingual vitamins that I should be taking over a tablet/capsule?

Thanks!
Justin

I didn't see the other post, but sublinguals are necessary for RNYers because they don't have the portion of the stomach that secretes intrinisic factor - a protein that has to bind to B12 to be absorbed - in their alimentary tract.  We do; therefore B12 tablets should be absorbed just fine.
