IV Fluids!!

HURRAY! Isn't it freaking INCREDIBLE what plain old dehydration can do to you?

As I've said recently on this subject, my personal guideline would be that if I couldn't take in any fluids for 12 hours, I'd be in the ER. Ditto if it were severely restricted fluids for 24 hours or so. This waiting of days on end is a VERY BAD IDEA.

Don't go by how you think you feel, folks. Go by the actual amounts (not) consumed. You cannot trust how you feel or the clarity of your thinking when you get into that kind of shape. And when the vets hear start talking to you about the ER, GET UP AND GO!!!!!!!

I'll be the first to admit it, I deserve a good whacking!  Didn't I tell you I was gonna cause you some trouble!!!

Now KEEP hydrated.  Keep fluids with you every second.

I got fluids at 3 weeks and it was the turning point for me and I know you are going to do great from here on out.
