Hi all,

I found and finally modified a recipe for candied nuts, since I was craving them so bad. The first batch, where I followed to recipe found, was not so good. These, I can't keep away from my husband long enough for me to eat

2 1/2 c nuts (whatever kind you want)
1 egg white
3/4 c granulated splenda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Whisk egg white until foamy (all of 30 seconds to a minute), pour over nuts and stir until well coated. In a separate bowl, mix splenda, cinnamon, and salt, then mix in to the nut mixture until evenly coated. Spread onto a greased (or pam'ed) baking sheet and bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to lift, mix, and keep from sticking. Let cool (or don't). Enjoy!
