I'm back..alive..and in PAIN!!!

 

Hey y'all! Surgery went well..RNY to DS revision Tuesday Sept 10th Dr. K! I went home on Friday Sept 13th. I've been in a lot of pain, haven't pooped yet, but I'm definitely grateful for every time I pass gas!!! I know I'll feel better soon..so I'm just staying positive! Thank you to everyone thinking about me and sending me well wishes..it feels great to be on the other side!

Oh yea, the NG tube sucked..the feeding tube is not so bad..and the drains came out on Friday!

Thanks Dusty! I do have to keep reminding myself that it's early on, and healing is my priority. I do sip around the clock, but I also feel like I'm barely making it to the next pain pill!

LOL, the DS Welcome Wagon (18 wheeler size) just ran over you, then backed up and ran over you again.
