Well, I am in good health, no big problems overall and feeling good, I still track my Bites, Vites, and Exercites on this site and read the posts, I do enjoy the support of the people on here. I take my vitamins regularly, and get bloodwork done once a year, my vitamin D looks good right now to. So all is good in that dept. I still struggle with head issues about food and exercise and I wish I didn't but I do. And with that being said, thank you all for being a part of my process.

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
