Tuesday Workouts

 Well, again no "real" workout...just more unpacking....lots of heavy lifting!!! :)

I did however find my scale and after not weighing myself for over 2 months...I found I did not gain any weight and am so proud of myself!!!!

Awesome!  It is funny how in maintenance we are excited to just see that ole scale stay the same!! 

Tonight I'll run 4 miles in the blistering heat when I get home from work.

rest and recovery continues day 3.  set my alarm for 5 am so i could do a quick spin but my body had other plans.  will get back at it tomorrow.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Looks like a 20 mile bike ride. I have also thought about starting my P90X routine as well. Nervouse about it. Seems intense.

Turned the alarm off after not getting to bed til past midnight, so no gym. Taking my girls to the neighborhood pool this afternoon after work, so I'll use the adult portion for laps, then pushups/situps at home.

Swam 4000M in 1:13:40 followed by 5.25 mile run in 45:24. I am teaching my regular 5:00pm Spin Class and will follow that with a fast paced 5K Brick.... Have an awesome day everyone!
