Got in nine miles this morning. Can't believe it was 92 degrees at 4:30am.  That's just too hot and humid. It's really bad when your soles of your shoes feel warm before you start running. My wife is mad at me for going out this morning. Said it's too dangerous. Oh well. You think over the past eight years she would have learned something about my addictions.

Um, I was cold this morning. Ended up biking in a jacket but that was a mistake as I always heat up as soon as I get going.

 made it 14.5 miles on some really tired legs.  At mile 7 I stopped and played soccer for a bit (if you zoom in on the map its kind of fun ;)

 5k walk/run on treadmill followed by 10 min on elyptical (i HATE that one!) hour of weight circuits and then Zumba class. i may take the kids to the pool later...

it was about 90ish this morning also!

Two hour Krav Maga (martial arts/Israeli self defense) class. It was super fun, great workout, plus thirty minutes of gun and knife defense at the end.
