30 minutes Core
60 minutes Weights Bi/Tri/Chest/Back

Lunch
15min resistence work on Rotator cuff (all the swimming is showing how much I still need to build this area back from last year)
30 min Intervals on the Hamster Wheel following the therapists orders 1min 4.3 1 min 5.5

This interval is killing me as if the hamster wheel isn't bad enough.  I will admit to breaking his orders for the last couple minutes and those 2 minutes felt better than the first 25!
