I got a nice long run (3.3) in this morning.  It was tough to breathe again after about a week of doing nothing.

What are you doing today?

Ran 7.5 miles this morning, including a 2-mile hill. It was a little cold at the start but I warmed up quick. Legs are sore today.

I LOVE my Sunday workouts! It's the start to my week and evening workouts always feel rushed. I get off work, fight traffic and need to get home to cook and tend to my motherly duties. This Sunday I was finally able to get in a run after suffering an injury to my knee. I let it heal for 2 weeks and amazingly I was able to run for 30 mins @ 6.5 mph...walked the last 30 mins @ 4mph b/c I didn't want to pu**** I still had some discomfort but nothing too bad. Followed that little cardio by an 45mins of upper body weight training. In between sets I would hop onto the elliptical for 60 seconds. Overall a GREAT workout!!!
