A wonderful morning to get in a 10-mile run. Since this stupid challenge of running every day for a year started for me on Nov. 23rd (thanks to Scott), I am so glad that we are experiencing an easy winter so far. It's amazing what you'll do to get your name posted on a wall.

An hour on the snowshoes. Fresh powder kicks my butt, but at least I am out there trying.

Today was a two fer!

Started the day with a 2000m swim
Finished the day with a brutal 2 hour endurance class
First hour was high cadence intervals 9 minutes followed by 1 minute out of the saddle give everything you got.
Second hour was pure hills with one 20 minute climb.

I know where I will be for the next 11 sundays.
