Walking!

Most programs have exercise restrictions the first couple of weeks and there are definitely lifting restrictions. But walking is fine and it also helps you avoid blood clots.

what she said.... walking.  i walked for the first 6 weeks until i was cleared for all exercise and then started more strenuous cardio and strength training after clearance.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Yup-walking.  Once you are cleared for full exercise, begin trying different things.  Find the ones you like and go for it!  You will not stick with things you don't like, so if you don't like it, move on.....
