I ran a freezing 2.3 mile loop this morning.  It was my quickest time in months. - easily.

Good Morning!

Got back to my workouts over the weekend. Zumba and gym. Gym-30 mins elliptical (just under 3 miles). Think next trip to the gym, I'll take it down to 20 minutes so I dont wear myself out so much and ease back into it.

Tonight is Zumba.

 25 minutes on the stationary bike.  10 minutes of stretching.  some upper body weights when I get home!
