Monday Workouts!!!

I went out this morning for a 2.3 mile jot around my block.  It was one of my faster runs lately and my HR was pretty well pegged from about .5 on.  I allowed myself to start walking a small but steep hill and quickly snapped out of it and pushed to the top.  The total walk time of this run was about 3 seconds which I was happy with.  I have 20 lbs that I added last year that I really need to get rid of but at least I have leveled out now.

Anyway, what are you up to today???

this was a planned total rest day. I hauled limbs for a while though, worked around the barn. NOW I am resting!

 Your jot around your block sounded great! Good job. I did the elliptical for half a hour and rode the bike for 15 minutes.....had a dr appt for my sleep apnea machine fun times NOT. I am taking my 12 year old on a 5k walk before dinner she isn't happy but hey it's good for her so we will do it!

2 mile run at lunch and 10 miles on the bike in about 25 min.

Will probably do a 4-5 mile hike this evening.

Had a very long day at work...I was scheduled for a 2 hour shift...Ended up being 8 hours. A ton of walking...About 4-5 miles...Including stairs. Had to deal with behavioral patients, meth addicts, and indigent people all day. I was planning on riding my bike after the 2 hour shift...I still made it after work. I brought my bike with me. Beautiful day in California. Behind the medical facility is the county's best bike trail...Along a creek!! Rode about 3 miles up and 3 miles back. Easier to put up with gnats that obnoxious people!!

A powerful share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a bit evaluation on this. And he actually purchased me breakfast as a result of I discovered it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! However yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I feel strongly about it and love reading extra on this topic.
