 I made it 1.8 miles on the treadmill before I stumbled and got slung off of it.   I took that as a hint from the universe to make this a rest day.  :-)     Not hurt, but humbled!!

Feel like it's been a long time since my last check-in.  Been going through a lot of hip, shin, and knee pain but still averaging 25 miles per week.
Saturday was an 8-mile run.
Today was an easy 35-mile bike ride.
Tomorrow I stop by the chiropractor for my first set of orthodics.
